ABOUT THIS SIMULATION

Students become Wellbeing Director of the Underline, a large city transport network, guided by Chief Operating Officer Vera Sidings. Across four quarters, they use a limited budget to support train drivers, station staff, ticket teams, engineers and control-room staff. They must match health support, inclusion, employee voice and flexible working to different needs, while tracking absence, turnover, engagement and operational disruption.
