Students become the first Head of People at Bramwell Hotels, a fast-growing hotel chain expanding from four to twelve hotels. Guided by Belle Hopps, Director of People, they make four decisions on recruitment, pay fairness, progression and workplace conduct. Each choice affects talent, belonging, reputation, trust and budget, showing the costs, benefits and risks of meaningful EDI action.
