ABOUT THE SIMULATION

Students join No Slack Solutions, a network analysis consultancy, as a new intern. Guided by Colin and Flo, they work through three client projects of increasing difficulty. Students read network diagrams, spot the critical path, understand float and decide where limited resources should be used to protect deadlines. The game reinforces that not every delay matters equally.
