Workplace Culture - McDonald's faces allegations of a toxic workplace culture

The BBC has reported on a growing number of complaints of poor workplace culture at branches of McDonald's. The investigation has found a toxic culture of sexual assault, harassment, racism and bullying at the fast food chain and some former employees are considering taking legal action. The disturbing report puts a lot of pressure on senior management at the business to review their management practices.
