I've just come across a web page that steered me onto one of my favourite topics (see below). I started putting links together here which I intended to be about management in general, but the list has become dominated by an issue that I find particularly interesting: how the physical design of the workplace influences the performance of organisations. This is a debate that you can take in so many different directions, from organisational structures through to motivation and workforce performance.
