A cracking little video from BBC Look North featured some typically gritty Northern characters, some low-priced rabbits and a chimney sweep - the perfect combination for a business studies resource. The video is particularly useful as a way of illustrating how the recession encouraged consumers to switch their demand to substitute goods that offered better value for money.
