This ten minute video is a terrific resource for teachers. It is an interview with the investor behind the Citysightseeing franchise for Belfast. Some great material in there about quality, competition, operational issues. A good chunk of the video highlights the specific problems encountered by the business as a result of the social and political difficulties in Northern Ireland. Highly recommended.
