The first of 4 programmes was last night - it is available for another month for viewing using iPlayer. It follows six people going to various parts of the world experiencing food production and the way food gets to our supermarkets. Superb resource for ethics, staff motivation, economies of scale, production costs, targets, specialisation, quality control, standards of living and many many more.
Gavin points out that the six people in it are generally very unlikeable which adds to the business points being made. Gavin also cautions that the programme contains a bit of “ripe” languageA bit of ripe language at times”!
