Here is a great 2 minute clip from CNN which shows the use of technology and how it is changing our consumption patterns. I use this as neat starter for a lesson with my OCR AS Business students when discussing technological change. It shows how mobile apps can now help reduce the length of the food chain - as we consumers can now go directly to farmers without needing to go to the supermarket.
