Here is a useful little video with a classic example of a small business which has really taken off, and fears growing so fast that the founders cannot keep up with it.
Bulb is a small energy supplier which is has been doubling its customer numbers every three months. The founders fear that with such fast growth, it could lose sight of the things which made it popular in the first place.
Bulb's chief executive Hayden Wood explains how he is trying to keep his company true to its original principles.
