Is there a better example of a firm that failed to embrace the need for change in the face of rapid technological advances than Kodak? Kodak is a great example to use with students to introduce the concept of technological change and this video provides a thought-provoking piece of stimulus material!

The video was actually produced for Kodak in 2006 when CEO Antonio Perez gave an interview about Kodak's proposed digital transformation. The video was shared at internal employee meetings and events with shareholders and investors.

As you probably know, the digital transformation came much too late for Kodak and it filed for bankruptcy protection in early 2012.
