An excellent case study in enterprise from the Sunday Times last week focused on a business trying to establish itself in the highly competitive drinks market…

Firefly Tonics is the business. Based on Gloucester Road in London and set up a few years ago by a couple of ex strategy consultants.

The Sunday Times piece has plenty of relevant and useful insights for AQA AS Unit 1 and Edexcel AS Unit 1.
