Protecting Business Ideas - Bratz v Barbie

This is a superb video to use when teaching generating and protecting ideas.

The clip tells the story of the legal battle between the makers of Barbie and the makers of Bratz when the makers of Barbie (Mattel) found out that the person who came up with the idea for Bratz happened to be working for them at the time.
