Pre-packs - the new business scandal?

This one is definitely for the Year 13’s. An excellent six minute video from Newsnight examines the “pre-pack” administration process, which enables directors of a failed business to start all over again without having to pay the creditors of the previous company.

Students can build arguments for and against companies being allowed to handle their affairs this way.
