OCR F297 (Candy Cabs) - Exam preparation

A small number of students are taking the inaugural OCR F297 exam on Strategic Management on Monday 1 February. Over the course of this week, we’ll add some support notes for those students, highlighting the key issues raised in the Candy Cabs case study. Starting today, we’ll highligh the main specification topics raised in the case, for each of the three main specification sections:

  • Business Objectives & Strategy
  • Business Analysis
  • External Influences
  • Change
