Of course, Undercover Boss has been a big success as a TV concept both here and in the United States.

From senior executives to students on work experience - there has been a big media frenzy this week about the success of Eddie, a 15 year old intern who was given the control of the social media for Southern Rail and showed seasoned professionals how to handle the questions of customers with aplomb!
