I owe a pat on the back to one of two of my Upper Sixth students, Georgina Carter & Mille Dunn, for telling me all about a US TV programme called ‘Unwrapped’ which goes behind the scenes of food production of some of the western world’s favourite foods.

OK, it’s a bit ‘Americanised’ but then it’s a US show. Available to buy via TVCrunch.Net, but with numerous clips available by searching Unwrapped on YouTube, it looks to be a good source if clips that will capture students’ attention and at the same time demonstrate some key concepts.

Here’s a great example of Job Production in action. But it also touches on a number of other Business related topics. Health & Safety, USPs and staff training are just three that srping to mind. How many of these and others can your students spot?
