You might find this small and very simple website an interest if you are teaching about how the big software and e-business businesses make their money. If you or your students want to know how companies like Google or LinkedIn make their revenue (or in Instagram's case, don't make their money!) - try this intuitive and icon-based website which tells you which methods each uses to generate revenue. This is particularly relevant if you are teaching unit 12 (Internet Marketing in Business) on the BTEC National in Business. Each individual 'pop-up' summary per company also gives you a link to sites containing further information. It's a bit US-centric but many of the firms are relevant to UK internet markets.
