Are the taxes we pay about to undergo a revolution? The think-tank Green Fiscal Commission has proposed substantial increases in “green taxes” in order for the UK to meet its commitments to reducing greenhouse gases…

This excellent video from Channel 4 examines the debate about green taxes. It would make excellent stimulus material for students entering Challenge the Chancellor 2010:
