A quickie but a goodie for the revision of price, supply and demand.Get students to guess the price paid for the garages in the picture above (click here for mind blowing answer). I suggest you offer a big prize for the right answer as none will guess correctly!Ask them to rank the many factors that influenced it (quality, location, competition, PED and economic environment all come into play), Get students to read the Metro Article and get them to decide on best method to ensure that the investment is a profitable one.Hope it helps!
