Customer Service Quality and Operations | Last Chance for Avanti West Coast

Avanti West Coast have just six months left to improve the shockingly poor quality of their west coast rail service from London to Glasgow.
The BBC report here on how the Government are allowing Avanti West Coast to continue running service until April 2023. If quality doesn't improve, its the end of the line for Avanti.
Booking a seat on this line is challenging for more, mainly because Avanti have significantly reduced capacity in recent months due to staff shortages. The timetable cuts have sparked widespread criticism and frustration.
Avanti is pinning its hopes partly on extra training, with 100 new train drivers due to complete their induction training by December.
