A short video on the importance of training - high motivation levels are not enough!

After posting the link to this video on the Economics blog (in relation to production possibility curves), I thought that it could also be used in the Business Studies classroom in a number of ways - one of which is the link between training and productivity.

The youtube clip shows that even if workers are highly motivated, a lack of training in how to use the technology correctly will have a large impact on the productivity and therefore profits of the business.
