In Mix a Method, students wpractice developing research ideas with specific criteria, and work collaboratively to make cost-benefit decisions about research elements.
The activity can be used for teaching research design, and multiple elements of the research methods specification such as experimental group designs, validity, reliability, and many others.
It is also a good way to embed maths, employability and collaborative learning too!
