South Lincolnshire Academies Trust (encompassing Bourne Academy and Spalding Academy), are seeking to appoint an inspirational, dynamic and highly motivated Teacher of Sociology to teach across Key Stage 4 and 5.

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified teacher status;

• The opportunity to teach RE at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5;

• The ability to motivate students and achieve excellent results;

• Excellent organisational and ICT sills;

• The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team;

• A passion for the subject and the ability to share this with young people.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced teacher or an NQT. Our examination results have improved year on year and, we have a proven track record of providing the appropriate level of support of our NQTs in order for them to continue to develop to become aspirational and outstanding teachers.
