Rated Ofsted outstanding in 2023, the College consistently achieves one of the highest Advanced Level points scores per entry of over 100 SFCs nationally and has outstanding value-added results as measured by both the ALIS and ALPS systems.

Criminology is a successful and vibrant ‘Level 3 Diploma’ course offered at HSFC. Since first being introduced in 2017 it has grown in popularity each year. We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking teacher to add to the College’s continuing success.

The successful candidate needs to have both a good sociological and psychological knowledge of criminality and an understanding of law and policy making. They must also be keen to keep abreast of new developments.

The sharing of good practice, including lesson resources, is actively encouraged in order to deliver highly effective courses that enable students to achieve excellent value-added results.

You will be committed to a departmental ethos based on high quality teaching, excellent examination results, shared resources and mutual support.
