In this OnDemand webinar we outline two key biopsychology concepts: endogenous pacemakers and exogenous zeitgebers. While these two key terms may appear daunting, understanding how these two processes work to control and fine tune biological rhythms is important, and that’s the aim of this webinar.
We take a careful look at these key concepts and understanding how they work in relation to the sleep-wake cycle.
In addition, we look at how to structure effective responses to a range of exam-style question and take a look at how to structure an essay on this topic.
