Healthy Body, Healthy Mind

A recent study, reported on the PsychologyTodaywebsite, confirms the commonly held belief that a healthy body equals a healthy mind.
The study from Boston University School of Medicine found that adults who had higher cardiorespiratory fitness levels, also had higher levels of brain activity while learning, and performed better on memory tests, in comparison to less physically fit people.
So rather than cramming 12 hours of revision a day before your A-Level exams, perhaps you might want to take a break and squeeze in so much needed exercise.
