Grayling defeated on judicial review

Chris Grayling's attempt to curtail judicial review received a serious setback in the House of Lords yesterday.Although the numbers of judicial review cases have sharply risen, attempts to curtail this vital element of the rule of law and separation of powers have caused concern amongst many.
