Quick Lesson Starter for your AS students - Forbes top 100 Celebrity earners

Here's a quick and fun starter for your next session with your AS students (if they are still with you!). Lots of teachers will be scrabbling around at the moment to try and run something that is curriculum based but still engages their AS students even though their exams have finished and their minds aren't yet fully focused on next academic year!

This resource uses data released this week on the earnings of celebrities and can be used to stimulate an initial discussion on wage determination and/or inequality of income. It uses one of our community's favourite quiz 'engines' called 'Higher and Lower' and asks participating students to 'guess' whether the earnings of one celebrity are higher or lower than the next one that it named.
