Interesting article on the BBC website about singlehood and loneliness that is relevant to the AQA GCSE course. Suggests that young people suffer more from loneliness than old people. Shows that loneliness is increasing and has doubled since the early 1970s. Article also considers the effects that technology is having on our interactions with the people around us.
