Introducing our new Director of Customer Greeting [updated 1 July 2011)

Two years on, our Director of Customer Greeting has now completed her probationary period…

She may have been just 8 weeks old and tiny (no taller than a tutor2u latte mug), but we were committed to our youth policy. As Sir Alex Ferguson says, “if they’re good enough, they’re old enough”. As part of our innovative, fast-track apprentice scheme (“POOCH2009”), Phoebe went straight into a new role as Director of Customer Greeting. 

Truth be told, we weren’t too quite sure what that role required, but it has mainly fetching, chasing or chewing.  The need for a formal job specification has now been ditched.

Here she is two years on…
