Introducing our new Director of Customer Greeeting

A warm welcome to the newest member of the tutor2u team - Phoebe

She may be young (8 weeks old) and tiny (no taller than a tutor2u latte mug), but we’re sure that she will soon become an integral member of the tutor2u team. And we believe in promoting youth. As Sir Alex Ferguson says, “if they’re good enough, they’re old enough”.

As part of our innovative, fast-track apprentice scheme ("POOCH2009"), Phoebe will go straight into a new role as Director of Customer Greeting.

Truth be told, we’re not quite sure what that role entails yet, but it will probably involve anything in our workload that includes fetching, chasing or chewing.  A formal job specification will be created shortly.

Phoebe will also be responsible for dealing with any “howlers” that tutor2u users spot on the subject blogs.

You’ll see her pop up at various stages - check back regularly for details of her progress.
