67% Chance God Exists

Recent bus adverts from the humanist society have been telling people to stop worrying and enjoy life because there probably isn’t a god anyway. Dr Stephen Unwin would beg to differ. He has worked out the mathematical probability that God exists is exactly 67%.
Dr Unwin uses a theory that balances a variety of factors against one another both for and against the existence of an omnipotent being. Factors for included the existence of miracles and the recognition of goodness. These were weighed up against things such as the existence of natural evil and suffering.
Graham Sharp, media relations director at William Hill has however pointed out that there were still difficulties for those who wanted to place a bet on Gods existence. The issue lies with the verification of God. Whereas with the Loch Ness Monster the Natural History Museum is called upon to confirm the genuine nature of any findings before paying out, the only place to go in order to confirm the existence of God is the Church – who would definitely confirm His existence.

“Neither an entity nor a nonentity moves in any of the three ways. So motion, bus and route are nonexistent.
