In response to a string of misdemeanours by students in the fag end of this term, I have been quoting the current incumbent of the White House.  It is likely that during this speech, Bush attempted to say “Fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me twice, shame on me”.  This is what he actually came out with (lol as facebookers are inclined to write)...
