Matchday: the action begins
As Chairman of Duncastle you will quickly find that there comes a time each week when you have to stop making decisions and let the team do the talking - on the pitch.
When you are ready to send the team into action, click the “Next Match” icon in the top right-hand corner of the Chairman’s Office screen. This takes you to the Match Day screen.
The Match Day screen shows the team that your Team Manager has selected from the available players in the squad, alongside the latest scores from all the other matches in League One that week.
In terms of Duncastle’s match, you have a choice. You can watch the game in “real-time” (two choices of speed: x1 & x2) and see edited match highlights as they happen. If you can’t stand the suspense, or don’t have the time, you can switch Match Time to “OFF” so that only the final result of the game is shown.
Once the match is over, click on “Continue” to return to the Chairman’s Office.
