The top searches for 2011 on tutor2u
Recommend on Google+
Google has released data today listing of the UK’s top searches, as revealed by its annual Zeitgeist survey for 2011. So we thought we’d do something similar for the searches on tutor2u!
So far in 2011 we’ve had 1,024,402 searches performed on the tutor2u website. That’s up from 723,462 searches in the same period in 2010.
Of course website users are searching for something specific, so they tend to be quite precise in their requirements. In 2010 270,880 separate search terms or phrases were used. This year that number rose to 322,825.
Looking at the top 20 search terms below it is remarkable how consistent the most popular searches are. CSR makes an appearance in 2011 following the selection of that topic as a the core research theme for AQA GCE Business. Otherwise, not much change.
