At one Hong Kong bar, drink prices are posted on a ticker-tape just like share prices, and can go up or down like the stock market.
But the twist is that it is an “inverted exchange” - that is, as you buy more, you push down the price; trying to create the incentive to buy more, rather than less.
And if the “economy” is slow, the “government” can initiate a recession, causing prices to plummet.
