The Guardian’s data team have excelled themselves again in coming up with this interactive guide to government spending. Apart from the PDF and interactive guide, also included in this article are links to the previous year’s spending figures allowing easy viewing of the scale of spending cuts. Interesting for OCR’s ‘Transport Economics’ module is that the biggest departmental cut is for the Department for Transport - which is down over 15%. The link is here – a great resource for those studying fiscal policy and government spending.
