I am finishing off my presentation for teachers in Belfast this coming Monday and already looking forward with great anticipation to heading over there again. Many thanks to the many colleagues who submitted their thoughts on using a VLE in economics and business teaching. I will be streaming the presentation on Tuesday and also using some of the contributions in my presentation at the British Library on Thursday.

Moodle is increasingly strong when it comes to creating interactive activities for students.

Webquests
Wikis

Glossaries
Embedded videos

I guess the challenge is to experiment and see what works and what doesn’t with your particular groups of students
