I’m indebted to Paul Sheppard at KES for spotting this wonderful video clip which examines some of the issues surrounding the policing of bike lanes in my favourite place of all - Manhattan. Bike users in NYC are doing the city a favour, reducing pollution, staying fit etc. So should the NYPD come down so hard on a cyclist who has inadvertently swerved out of the bike lane? Enjoy…
