Housing Economics Study Companion

2007 marked a turning point for the UK housing market. The boom in prices during the Blair decade, when average prices had soared by over ninety per cent, came to an end. And in the early months of 2008 it was becoming clear that the property market was entering a very different phase with a price recession on the cards.
