A quick heads up on Panorama (BBC) tonight [23/02/09]. Takes a look at whether the banks are providing sufficient finance to enable small businesses to survive. Could be some good materials in there to add to the DVD/VCR library. Should also be available on iPlayer for a month afterwards:
