There’s been a lot of rubbish written and said this week about the dangers of social networking sites, particularly about creating alienation or remapping the brains of children. But here is a far more immediate danger: potential conflict of interest between employee and employer.
Kimberley Swann, an office worker in her teens from Essex was sacked after she described work at her new job as boring on her Facebook page.
