There have been several notable moments in Dragons’ Den over the years, many of which have caught the eye of Business students and teachers. This one is exciting simply because of the amount of financial interest it has generated….
Two entrepreneurs received a record breaking £900,000 investment after impressing the investors on the show. Technical wizards Chris Barnardo and Richard Blakesley try to persuade the Dragons to invest in their remote control in the shape of a magic wand here.
It’s an absolutely great idea - which like so many terrific innovations - seems fairly obvious in retrospect! Why didn’t I think of it?
