Starbucks Strategy Video - Workshop Material

At our AQA Unit 6 Business Strategy revision workshops this week, we took a look at the Starbucks business strategy.  A number of colleagues have asked for the brief three-minute stimulus video that we used as part of the session - so here it is!

The workshop session asked students to consider how the Ansoff Matrix could be used to help analyse Starbuck’s strategy.  We then moved into an evaluation exercise, with students breaking into two groups to consider the merits of two alternative Starbucks strategies.
