Raef and Roger - Are they related?

Watching episode 1 of The Apprentice tonight, I was struck by the uncanny resemblance between debonair 27-year old Raef Bjayou, and his twin brother, world number 1 tennis player Roger Federer.

I wonder whether, by any chance, they are actually related?

Raef claims to have founded the Exeter Univ Debating Society ..... although their website says something different: http://www.debsoc.co.uk/

They look nowhere near like each other, however I did take a preview of Jennier Anniston’s new boyfriend, don’t know his name, but he looked like Raef at a glance.
