McCurry beats McDonalds in a spicy Trademark Battle
This long-running curry war has all the perfect ingredients for a business lesson. Now McCurry is free to pursue its ambitious growth strategy without fear for further legal action from the burger kings.
The Times reports on the McCurry story. Its very much a David v Goliath battle, and it raises interesting issues about whether a global brand can trademark all aspects of its name.
