Anyone covering leadership with A Level Business students really must share this fantastic video with them from the fantastic site www.ted.com

Simon Sinek gives a really interesting talk on what he feels sets apart great leaders from good ones.  He sums it up in a model he calls ‘The Golden Circle’, and in doing so refers to how leaders like Steve Jobs at Apple show how it should be done.

Our A Level students were mesmerised.  Highly recommended.
