CSR at the Movies - Wal-Mart: the High Cost of Low Price
Recommend on Google+
Wal-Mart: The High Cost of Low Price is a 2005 documentary film by director Robert Greenwald. It is fair to say that Greenwald is no stranger to controversy. He produces a range of documentary films which tackle contentious issues, including the war in Iraq, Afghanistan and many domestic issues in the USA such as private health care and labour relations. This film presents an unfavorable picture of Wal-Mart’s business practices through interviews with former employees, small business owners, and footage of Wal-Mart executives.
