Confessions of an HR Snob
Recommend on Google+
Having returned to doing a “proper job” in HR rather than teaching about it at A Level and within the University sector has meant that you’ve not been treated (or should that be “subjected”?) to my blogging activities recently
However, some recent debate within the HR community (and particularly within the recruitment camp) has reawakeked the perennial question of “What the heck do people in HR actually do?”
The blog posting on HR Case Studies attempts to shed some light on that issue, so I hope that you find it useful.
(Apologies for just posting the link here, but I thought that I’d invite you into the lion’s den to see the debate!)
